As from 1st January 2025 we have added a few ‘T&C’s’ for all bookings. Our experience over the past 6/7 months has been mostly excellent but you learn from all experience…
So…
- All bookings must be secured with a 50% deposit at time of booking with the remainder paid on 1st day of booking
2. All overnight stays are a minimum of 3 nights.
3. Any (routine) visits to the vet must be paid for and added to your payment prior to the booking.
4. Any emergency vet visits (touch wood there aren’t any, ever but these are animals so you never know) must be paid for by you either directly to the vet or to us. We will of course keep all receipts
5. All food/medicine must be provided before booking or the cost added to our fee
6. You must provide your Vets’ details before any booking begins.
7. We will not provide any service for dogs deemed to be dangerous or aggressive. Firstly our insurers won’t let us & secondly we don’t need the aggravation, thank you
8. We reserve the right to cancel/refuse any booking for whatever reason. Although we have never exercised this right we reserve the right to, without prejudice.
